To my wife, Lucercey--all my estate during her natural life or widowhood
To my son, Peter and my daughter, Mary--after the decease of my wife, my estate to be equally divided between my son, Peter and my daughter, Mary
To my two sons & two daughters--shares over the bay and shilling sterling each
To my wife, Mary--sell anything she pleased to pay debts or anything else
*note: this will is confusing concerning Robert's wife. First, she is mentioned and the spelling is difficult, but I think it's "Lucercey", then at the end of the will, she is called "Mary". Further check of records could help to determine her name.

Also, one trunk and half the crop and everything else not given away
*Sally is appointed executrix of her mother's estate, but she refuses the job. Robert May gives oath & makes bond to be executor. I think this may be Sally's husband, even though Margaret Dyes will names a grandson, Robert May. Need further research to prove who Sally's husband is.
