Witnesseth: That in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty ($150) dollars the said Mary Etta C. Clark and Katherine S. Clark do grant unto the said Heber C. Cassell the following property, to-wit:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying in the County of Norfolk, Virginia, and known on a plat of "LaFayette Annex" made by C. F.
