In the name of God, Amen, I, Sarah Cassell, of the City of Portsmouth in the State of Virginia, being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last weill and testament. First, I give, devise and bequeath to my two sons, Virginius O. Cassell and Charles E. Cassell all the estate real and personal which I shall die seized and possessed of or intitled to.
I appoint V. O. Cassell executor of this my last will and testament and desire of the Court not to require security of him as such.
In testimony whereof I the said Sarah Cassell have to this my last will and testament, signed and subscribed my name this tenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty five.

The last will and testament of Sarah Cassell dec was proved by the oaths of Arthur Emmerson and Anto. L. Bilisoly the two subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of V. O. Cassell, the Executor therein named who made oath and entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of four hundred dollars (without security agreeable to the request of the testator) conditioned according to law which bond is ordered to be recorded. Certificate is granted the said V. O. Cassell for obtaining probate of said will in due form.
