In 1764 Marcom Manning and his wife Kezia Ballentine Manning sold their land on Julians Creek to his brother John Manning IV. Marcom received the land from his father John Manning III by will proved March 1758. Marcom and Kezia moved to Terrell County, N.C. Marcom Manning's will dated 18 Oct 1792 and proved May 1793, Martin County, N.C.
